City of Winchester’s new athletic complex includes two 120 yard x 55 yard soccer turf fields, LED stadium lights, a press box, restrooms and office.  Electric included installation of underground utilities, 400amp 227/480V main-distribution-panel, 300KVA step down transformer 277/480 to 120/208V, 3-Phase 400amp main distribution panel Nema 3R panel 120/240v, underground utilities, lighting controls, and field lighting with Musco Sports Lighting.
